I didn't have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. I had two reservations, but they sorted it out so I could stay in the same room. Good service!

The room was exceptionally clean and compact plus it had central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large here. The location was particularly good - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff was accommodating and the room was amazing and outstanding. Location near to other restaurants and amenities, the bistro, and Plano. For tea or coffee visit Hot Pancakes nearby.

The outdoor social area with a fireplace was perfect for unwinding after a long day, offering a cozy atmosphere.

The highway traffic noise was quite noticeable, especially in my room located at the front of the hotel.

Make use of the well-equipped gym facilities. They offer a great way to stay active during your stay.

The rooms offer decent space, perfect for families needing a bit of room to breathe. Great for travelers looking to settle into a quiet space for some downtime after a long day.

Reservation mix-ups were a common theme-multiple guests reported not getting the rooms they booked, including some with accessibility needs. Cleaning services seemed unreliable. Some guests had to keep requesting service for trash and towels, leading to frustrating delays. Such inconsistencies can definitely take the enjoyment out of a stay, especially for families needing regular housekeeping services.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and wow, just wow. The front desk was a circus-15 mins before anyone even showed up! And instead of my king suite, I got a room with a couch that's basically a chair. Who did they think I was? I almost thought of giving a good review, but I just couldn't!

The spacious rooms were comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The staff were accommodating, especially Marianne, who kindly allowed us late checkout during a health issue. I appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I had a lovely stay for 4 nights. clean rooms and I loved the peaceful pool area. the dining staff's service was inconsistent, especially with late check-outs.

loved my stay at the clean hotel in plano. comfy bed, nice bathroom, and welcoming staff. convenient location with great room amenities. courtyard truly exceeded my expectations this time.

The lobby is a good spot to mingle, and we had joining suites , made it convenient for my family to hang out together. I also appreciated that they had a nice pool and outdoor social area for relaxation.

Not one of their most glamorous locations, but the amenities were alright.
